You’ll find our Brighton Rum Kitchen nestled in the lanes, right beside the city’s famous pier. Experience the sounds and flavours of Caribbean carnival at our beachside restaurant, right in the middle of this historically artistic location. Our menu items are meticulously marinated and cooked over extended periods of time to bring you the most tender and flavoursome dishes. The party doesn’t stop there, though, as we’ve got a selection of over 100 rare rums from the various Caribbean islands that are expertly handled by our mixologists.
Our current specialities include BBQ jerk chicken – the best kind of jerk chicken! – slow cooked curry mutton, and even krispy fried cauliflower for your vegan friends. Our menu curates the finest island flavours, and we revisit the menu bi-monthy to bring you the most innovative cuisine. Pair that with a Pineapple Daiquirí and you’ve got yourself a party! We uphold the heritage by bringing you the rarest rums, distilled and bottled in the Caribbean, along with authentic flavours by chefs who grew up on them.
At The Rum Kitchen, it’s happy hour every day of the week until 7pm. This gives you plenty of opportunity to experience our extensive selection of cocktails, expertly prepared by our trained mixologists. We’ve got something for every palette, and our bartenders will help find one that’s right for you. If you’re in the area, pop by, and we’ll turn you into a jerk and rum lover in no time!
