Our food and drinks menu is a celebration of bold and flavourful Caribbean ingredients with subtle nods to many of the islands. We take pride in providing a platform to showcase the classics, whether that’s a slow cooked curry goat or a perfectly balanced Daiquiri. We work hard with our teams to honour the heritage of these dishes by letting the flavours speak for themselves.

The menu above is served daily at our Carnaby Street restaurant. Some dishes may only appear as specials in other restaurants. We continually review and develop our dishes and we use our most important critics to do this – our teams! We hold bi-monthly food development days which can be joined by anyone. New recipe options are presented and we gather the expertise from our team members who have grown up on Caribbean staples to help guide the flavours and ingredients and ensure we continue to honour the heritage of the dishes.
We believe Jerk BBQ is the tastiest way to cook food and our marinated chicken dishes that are favoured by so many guests are signature meals on the menu. Our jerk chicken is marinated for 48 hours and then sous vide for another 2 hours so we can keep the meat juicy and packed with flavour before hitting the grill to get the perfect crispy texture on the outside.
Our Curry Mutton is another dish you can’t go wrong with thanks to its variety of flavours that develop as the mutton slow cooks for 6 hours. It’s then paired with rice & peas and roti. It’s an original signature dish that’s been loved by so many over the years and is now joined by newer plant based dishes such as the KFC (krispy fried cauliflower).
